Cancellation Policy
Terms and conditions
- Free Cancellation: Travelers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience start time (Hawaii local time) to receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling Fee: A $20 per-person rescheduling fee applies to any date or time changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled experience start time. All changes are subject to availability.
- No-Shows: No-shows and missed tours are strictly non-refundable.
- Weather & Minimum Participation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or insufficient traveler participation. If we cancel the tour, travelers will be offered an alternative date.
- Pearl Harbor & USS Arizona Memorial: Pearl Harbor tours are non-refundable if the U.S. Navy cancels, suspends, or restricts the USS Arizona Memorial boat ride due to safety concerns, operational requirements, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. The remainder of the scheduled tour will proceed whenever possible.
- Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for Pearl Harbor tours affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including government shutdowns, national emergencies, natural disasters, military restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent access to the USS Arizona Memorial.
