Terms and conditions

• To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time at the local timezone.

• A $25 rescheduling fees per booking will be charged for any changes made within 24 hours.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel a customer's booking for a full refund in case of: Bad weather, Not enough travelers !
